You will not hit this mark in Month 1.

You most likely won't even hit this 10 per month pace until Month 5 or 6.

  • Acquisition Cost Quotient (ACQ): The ACQ is like a Member's "credit score" in the program. The higher it is, the more sales opportunities they receive. If it's negative, you risk being expelled from the program. We dive in much deeper about this below. But for now, let's move on.

  • Sales Opportunities: These aren't just leads — they're sales opportunities. Nearly all of them will come to you from the mini website we build on your behalf. It's branded perfectly to your company's own aesthetic, and the folks who come through requesting an estimate from you are fully expecting to hear from you. These aren't leads that are round-robinned to every other cleaning company who's willing to buy. They're totally exclusive sales opportunity leads.

  • Estimates and Wins: Of course, the bread and butter of your business. How many people are getting your quotes, and how many are signing on the dotted line?

How It Works

The Onboarding Journey of a New RCF Member

Getting into The RCF is straightforward but not easy.

  1. Apply: Step one is putting your name in the hat.

  2. Get Accepted: If your business checks the boxes, you're in.

  3. Graduate from RCF University (RCFU): This is where you get the lay of the land, learning how to make the most of The RCF Program. Visit RCFU now.

  4. Launch Day: This is the target date where you will receive your first sales opportunity from The RCF. You'll have completed your Clearing To Launch Checklist, marked the test lead as WON, and gotten all settled into your new Nurturely+ account.

  5. Receive Leads: This is where The RCF shines, connecting you with potential clients tailored to your service offerings — house cleaning services.

Winning Clients

The RCF isn't just about throwing leads your way; it's about ensuring those leads have serious potential to turn into recurring revenue. And we are always watching to make sure each opportunity is properly handled.

Each week, The RCF Board selects the ACQ Bottom 3 for a public CRM Audit. This is where you see under the hood and behind the scenes of the Members who are not performing up to The RCF standard.

CRM Audits don't yet influence ACQ scores, but The Board has been discussing this for the future (in addition to the TTL — Time-To-Lead — Reports).

Tracking Success

Your ACQ score is the heartbeat of your RCF presence.

It's what tells us—and you—how effectively you're turning opportunities into actual business. It's the metric that can guide resource allocation, ensuring The RCF support you receive is both timely and impactful.

You'll never enjoy success in this program if we want the success of your company more than you do. The dynamics of that are too impossible to overcome. So, instead, we focus on those entrepreneurs who are already putting in the effort on their own.

We cannot save your business from failing. You must already have a solid business foundation from which to grow. This is The Recurring Client Finder Program — it isn't The Business Saver Program. You wanting a successful business won't happen from want alone. The action must happen. Take it.

  • Weeks run MondaySunday

  • Scores finalized each Sunday at 11:59:59 PM Eastern

  • Minimum of two consecutive weeks with a positive ACQ score

  • Must be in Good standing

  • Conversion Rate, CAC, & CPO: These aren't just acronyms to toss around at cocktail parties.

  • Your Conversion Rate is your win rate—how many of your at-bats turn into home runs.

  • Cost Per Acquisition (CAC)? That's how much The RCF has to spend on ads for you to bag each client. Should this # go beyond $250, you'll find yourself in dire straits.

  • And Cost Per Opportunity (CPO) shines a light on the price tag of every potential win knocking at your door.

The Recurring Client Finder Program (RCF) For House Cleaning Clients

The RCF Program exists because house cleaning companies need the power of a good marketing partner. They just can't afford to pay monthly retainer fees like most other types of businesses can. So, instead of charging setup fees, management fees, software expenses, or ad spend, The RCF takes on all the risk for you.

The RCF only ever asks for payment once you've successfully acquired a new, high-quality — recurring client. And that means you've already cleaned their home and they've paid an invoice with you.

Everyone who requests a 1x clean from you is enjoyed free of charge. We do not charge for 1x cleaning clients found through the program.

We are extremely serious about you finding success before asking for payment. However, if your ACQ score dips negative, you'll run out of chances in the program and find yourself expelled. A Member can only take advantage of the program for so long before they're indefinitely expelled.

The RCF operates on an honor system, but the ACQ strictly governs it.
