Isn't the $250 Finder's Fee Excessive?

A Finder's Fee Loophole

Finder's Fee Loophole

Isn't the $250 Finder's Fee a bit excessive? gets asked a lot.

And it's no secret that the $250 Finder's Fee isn't the cheapest option on the planet when it comes to lead generation. But this is the only program in which you solely pay for the [recurring] clients that you've won and pays your ad spend + software expenses for you.

Instead of talking about how The RCF can collect more Finder's Fees, we'll share an (ethical) loophole — only available to Members with Positive ACQ scores — you can use to delay your Finder's Fee invoice to the following month.

The RCF Board goes into each CRM at least once/month to review the # of Finder's Fees that must be collected for that account. (This usually happens during the final full week of each month)

If you win a [recurring] client in the middle of the month, you can wait up to 3 weeks to mark that Opportunity as WON. Remember, when you mark an Opportunity WON, it will trigger a Finder's Fee during the next monthly review (if it's recurring).

While this is not encouraged, it isn't "unethical" if — and only if — the Member has a positive ACQ.
