Notes

A combo of $7 CPOs (Cost Per Opportunity) and a 6%+ conversion rate leaves us with a 1,285 ACQ in the Las Vegas market. 247 Opportunities, 111 Estimates Delivered, and 15 new clients officially WON for Team Oliver Glenn & RCF Las Vegas. With 22 Opportunities in Service Scheduled & 32 more in Estimate Delivered, it isn't much of a stretch to assume there are at least 6 new potential clients in the pipeline & only a matter of time before they become paying clients. If we look at RCF Las Vegas' Estimates Delivered-to-WON ratio, we find that they convert 14% of delivered estimates to new clients. By that metric instead, we can assume there are 7-8 new clients in the RCF Las Vegas pipeline who has the silver medal ranking ๐Ÿฅˆ on the RCF Scorecard now in their sights.
