RCF Indianapolis wins back-to-back Member of the Week titles & it didn't take much — an MOTW score of 10.7 was enough to clinch.

RCF LAX was painfully close with an MOTW of 8.9. Slow, steady ACQ increases show that momentum is building. But it's not just enough to keep this same pace, we must increase the pace at which we deliver estimates (and, ultimately, win clients). Adding to the WINS column before previous wins fall off is critical. We're looking forward to the next couple of weeks to see how much this ACQ increases even further.

With 2 Opportunities already in Service Scheduled, RCF Indianapolis is poised to reached 300-400 ACQ in a matter of days (provided previous wins do not fall off of course).

The RCF's Member of the week is awarded to the Member who has experienced the most significant growth — a composite score titled MOTW* that is weighted to emphasize both percentage growth (70%) and the accrual of points (30%) — for that previous week.

For these calculations, weeks run Monday to midnight on Sunday; beginning and ending at midnight according to the Eastern time zone.

Member of the week award winners earn 1 Medal Point towards the current quarter's Medal Race.
