Since February, RCF Las Vegas has seven times collected the Member of the Week award.

SEVEN times of being #1 among all Members for taking the largest ACQ leaps & bounds. Doing this in such a short period of time has closed the gap on the 2nd Place 🥈 ranking on the Official RCF Scorecard.

This many ACQ points won't happening without winning. A lot of winning. But these wins don't just happen at any single point. It's an entire journey. Oliver Glenn understands this deeply. Taking another person from stranger to loyal client involves a multitude of touchpoints.

It all begins with the most prompt-as-possible reply to any and all requests for service. An empathetic tone and and understanding mindset earns trust. And the incredible product brings it home by earning the loyalty for life.

Some folks will cancel early on even after a great experience — and for any number of reasons. But you are who they'll come back to when the day comes again that they need your service. 🙂

Members must have two consecutive weeks with a Positive ACQ score and be in Good Program Standing to be eligible for Member of the week.

The RCF's Member of the week is awarded to the Member who has experienced the most significant growth — a composite score titled MOTW* that is weighted to emphasize both percentage growth (70%) and the accrual of points (30%) — for that previous week.

For these calculations, weeks run Monday to midnight on Sunday; beginning and ending at midnight according to the Eastern time zone.

Member of the week award winners earn 1 Medal Point towards the current quarter's Medal Race.
