The RCF's Member of the week is awarded to the Member who has experienced the most significant growth — a composite score titled MOTW* that is weighted to emphasize both percentage growth (70%) and the accrual of points (30%) — for that previous week.
For these calculations, weeks run Monday to midnight on Sunday; beginning and ending at midnight according to the Eastern time zone.
Member of the week award winners earn 1 Medal Point towards the current quarter's Medal Race.
