RCF Grand Rapids stole the Member of the Week crown this week with an MOTW score of just 8.9. The previous all-time low is CM Bay City with an MOTW of 25.3 back in February 2024 (& then RCF Orlando with an MOTW of 25.4 in May 2024).
This Membership is definitely picking up steam and reminds us exactly of Team Campbell and RCF Orlando. Your ACQ score will show it first, then you realize you need to start hiring cleaners asap, AND THEN you'll feel the success in the form of income.
Building your business (& sales pipeline) slowly and smoothly — brick by brick — is one of the foundations of success. What comes quickly can be taken away just quickly. But what comes slowly will be hard to tear down. The hard work you put into your company is the moat that protects the longevity of your business. Lean on your fellow Members around you as well as The RCF Board that's been put in place to help you succeed. Everything begins to fall in place and you hit another gear of momentum.

Members must have two consecutive weeks with a Positive ACQ score and be in Good Program Standing to be eligible for Member of the week.
The RCF's Member of the week is awarded to the Member who has experienced the most significant growth — a composite score titled MOTW* that is weighted to emphasize both percentage growth (70%) and the accrual of points (30%) — for that previous week.
For these calculations, weeks run Monday to midnight on Sunday; beginning and ending at midnight according to the Eastern time zone.
Member of the week award winners earn 1 Medal Point towards the current quarter's Medal Race.
