Loft(ier) goals powered this final push of Q2 for Custom Maids. With 30+ new clients onboarded, $73k+ in gross revenue, and 6 new hires (bringing the total to 26 cleaners), the Custom Maids team reached every Q2 goal they had laid out in front of them. Looking back to where this team was just 6 months ago, it's clear they've hit their stride & reached another gear. Acquiring clients and signing up first cleans on the daily has been the norm for Custom Maids for quite some time. Now, the game of client retention comes into much better view.

The RCF's Member of the week is awarded to the Member who has experienced the most significant growth — a composite score titled MOTW* that is weighted to emphasize both percentage growth (70%) and the accrual of points (30%) — for that previous week.
For these calculations, weeks run Monday to midnight on Sunday; beginning and ending at midnight according to the Eastern time zone.
Member of the week award winners earn 1 Medal Point towards the current quarter's Medal Race.
