RCF Las Vegas wins #7! +29 ACQ points (+3.7%) gained week-to-week was enough for Las Vegas to grab this week's title. This 3rd week of September 2024 proved to be a challenge for RCF Members. Outside of this Las Vegas ACQ gain, there was only 1 other positive jump week-to-week (RCF Indianapolis who missed grabbing the crown by just 0.6 MOTW points). The passion + desire for growth here is evident. RCF Las Vegas & Team Oliver Glenn relentlessly pursue each Category Award — a gamified "means to an end" for a successful house cleaning company. "Winning clients" isn't enough for this team — they are on the hunt for a #1 standing in each Category. Sales performance across all RCF Members has slowed over the last 45 days, and we anticipate a very busy, very successful holiday season across the board. With 15+ in Service Scheduled for RCF Las Vegas, that growth could be right around the corner.

The RCF's Member of the week is awarded to the Member who has experienced the most significant growth — a composite score titled MOTW* that is weighted to emphasize both percentage growth (70%) and the accrual of points (30%) — for that previous week.
For these calculations, weeks run Monday to midnight on Sunday; beginning and ending at midnight according to the Eastern time zone.
Member of the week award winners earn 1 Medal Point towards the current quarter's Medal Race.
