I quote $429 😬 and add a 10% discount to bring to $386. If they're a property manager I add a 25% discount to $321. Today I've quoted two similar jobs. The first was flabbergasted at my price. The second person said "sounds good" and booked. Just go for the second person 😅

I’d offer $350 for the move in…but then I’d offer a package deal if we can do the move out cleaning of their previous home then I’d take off $100-$150 off each cleaning and a $120 biweekly/$185 monthly recurring deal.
